Certificate Verification Policy

Purpose

The online verification system allows users to confirm whether a certificate record has been published by YAO LIFE PTE. LTD.. Each certificate is assigned a unique certificate number and a unique verification URL with QR code.

Verification result

The website displays the current status of the certificate record together with the public information associated with it, and, where permitted, a downloadable copy of the published certificate PDF.

Official source

Only verification results displayed on the official domain are valid: https://yaolife.uk. If a QR code opens a different domain, do not rely on the result and contact YAO LIFE.

Certificate status

• VALID — the certificate exists and is currently active. The PDF may be downloaded.
• EXPIRED — the certificate exists but its validity period has passed. A historical PDF may remain downloadable where permitted.
• SUSPENDED — the certificate temporarily cannot be treated as active. PDF download may be disabled. Contact YAO LIFE for further information.
• WITHDRAWN — the certificate has been formally withdrawn and is no longer valid. PDF download is disabled.

PDF download

The downloadable PDF is the published copy associated with the verification record. It is provided for verification purposes and remains the property of YAO LIFE.

Discrepancies

Contact YAO LIFE if:

• the printed certificate differs from the downloaded PDF;
• a QR code opens a domain other than the official domain;
• certificate information appears inconsistent; or
• a certificate cannot be verified.

Limitation

Online verification confirms the published certificate record. It does not replace applicable regulatory or accreditation checks.
